Your Strength Starts Here

Whether you’re a Heli-Skiing veteran or have just booked your first trip, the best thing you can do to prep for the best trip possible is to get fit today.

We’ve teamed up with Crossfit Revelstoke’s Train 2 Ski pros to bring you a comprehensive, yet simple, fitness program that you can do at home, on the road or at the gym.

When you’re crushing thousands of vertical feet over consecutive days, you’ll get the most out of Heli-Skiing by building these sets into your regular workout routine.

Quick FAQs

1. How do the videos work?
We’ll release a video every Tuesday through to November 8. Watch the short video and add the demonstrated set to your already existing workout routine. As your weekly fitness progresses, you can add the next set of workouts to your routine and increase the scaling options, ultimately building your strength each week.

2. What fitness levels do the routines cover?
Everything from beginners to advanced. There are options in each video to scale your routine up or down.

3. How often should I be working out in preparation for my Heli-Skiing trip?
You should be working out 3x per week, elevating your heart rate to 150 BPM for 60mins during your sessions. Having a strong core and solid leg muscles will allow you to get the most out of your trip.

4. When should I start working out for my Heli-Skiing trip?
We recommend you start your fitness routine at least 12 weeks before your trip. But really, the sooner the better!
